Imagine if conference organising was this easy…
Ask your assistant…
Run your conference.
Not your admin.
Speakers, schedules, sponsors, volunteers, invoices, refund requests, social posts — a lot of moving parts to manage. ConfOS puts the whole conference in one place, with an assistant that does the admin for you.
We’ve organised three conferences. We built this because we were drowning too.
The problem
One conference. A thousand moving pieces.
Every one of these is a spreadsheet, an inbox thread, or a 2am worry. Usually all three.
Speakers
Applications to vet, approvals to send, questions to answer — and someone always needs the schedule re-confirmed.
The schedule
Multiple stages, timings that change weekly, one version for attendees, another for the tech team, another for the presenters.
Sponsors
Outreach, packages, logos chased for weeks — and a report owed to every one of them afterwards.
Volunteers
Who's confirmed, who's dropped out, and who knows where to stand when the doors open.
Vendors & invoices
Catering, AV, the venue, the printer — each with a contract, a deadline and an invoice to pay.
Attendees & refunds
Ticket questions, dietary requirements, refund requests — all arriving in your personal inbox.
Marketing
Speaker announcements, ticket pushes, live posts on the day — someone has to write them all.
Finances
Speaker payments, expenses, receipts, reimbursements, accommodation — tracked in yet another spreadsheet.
The first couple of years we really struggled under the mountain of conference admin. ConfOS is the direct result of hundreds of hours thinking about and solving all the little pain points organisers experience.
One place
Everything about your conference, in one place.
The schedule, every speaker, every sponsor, every task — one login, always up to date. No more asking which spreadsheet is the real one.

A schedule that catches your mistakes.
Move a talk and ConfOS checks the speaker isn't already booked somewhere else. Publish when you're ready — attendees, speakers and the tech team all see the version that's true.

Less chasing
Speakers keep themselves up to date.
Send each speaker a private link — no account, no password — and they update their own bio, upload their own slides, and file their own expenses. They apply to speak through ConfOS too, so you review and approve from the same place.

The full picture
Everything else a conference throws at you? Covered.
One place for the whole job — not another tool to add to the pile.
Speaker applications
A call for speakers on your event page — applications arrive in one list, ready to review, vet and approve.
Volunteers
Track who's coming, keep them informed, and make sure everyone knows their job on the day.
Finances
Invoices, speaker payments, expenses and reimbursements in one ledger — with receipts attached.
Ticketing & refunds
Sales, questions and refund requests handled end to end, without leaving ConfOS.
A day-of app for attendees
What's on, where, and what changed — live on every attendee's phone the moment you move a session.
Marketing
Social posts drafted and scheduled — speaker announcements before the event, live updates during it.
The best part
Now stop doing the admin at all. Just ask.
ConfOS has a built-in assistant that takes actions for you. A speaker can’t make their slot any more? It finds a time that works and shows you the move before anything changes. A sponsor asks how their weekend went? It pulls the real numbers and drafts the report.

Ask ConfOS…
Writes only run after you press Confirm.
So you can get back to the part you actually love.
Nobody starts a conference because they love spreadsheets. You started it for the room — the talks, the hallway conversations, the people who leave different from how they arrived. ConfOS exists so a small team can spend its time there, and let the admin run itself.

Who's building this
We're on a mission to make conference organising fun.
We’re Kieran and James, co-founders of Create With — the UK’s flagship conference for AI builders. Two conferences in, we realised most of the logistics could be automated away, so we built ConfOS to do exactly that.
It worked. Our most recent conference — 550+ attendees — was organised by just the two of us, in our spare time.
Founding conferences work directly with the two of us — join the waitlist and we’ll email you when onboarding opens.
