Writes always require organiser approval, on every plan that has them. On Free, passing the attendee cap gates features — data ingestion never stops and nothing is deleted.

For reference: enterprise event platforms like Bizzabo start around $15,000 a year. ConfOS is $499, flat.

Questions, answered plainly

Why annual only?

One price, once a year — the way conferences actually budget. There is no monthly plan to lapse the week before your event.

What happens at the 50-attendee cap on Free?

Features gate — lifecycle sends, portal invites and CSV export pause past 50 issued tickets. Data ingestion never stops: your Luma sync keeps running and nothing is deleted. Blowing past the cap is the moment to upgrade, not a data-loss incident.

What does “founding price” mean?

$499 a year is the price while we onboard the founding cohort. It will rise after launch; founding customers keep the price they signed at.

Do you replace our ticketing?

No. Registration stays on your existing provider — Luma first — and ConfOS syncs it every five minutes, idempotently.

What can agents do on Free vs Pro?

Free gets read-only MCP access. Pro adds write tools — and every write, on every plan, proposes a change that an organiser approves in the dashboard. There is no bypass.

When can we pay?
