What's landed, as it lands

No launch theatre. Real changes with real dates, straight from the repository.

The ConfOS Assistant

An assistant inside the dashboard that reads your event and prepares changes — 63 tools across schedule, speakers, sponsors, people and tasks, scoped to your role and aware of the page you're on.

Every write pauses for an explicit Confirm. Model calls run through OpenRouter with zero-data-retention flags.

new

Custom sponsorship packages

Define your own packages with deliverables, reorder them, and group sponsors under them on the public page. Legacy gold/silver/bronze tiers still render.

improved

Event-first navigation

The dashboard is now organised around the selected event — pick an event, work inside it, switch without losing your place. Org-wide People, Team and Audit log moved to their own section.

new

Organiser dashboard and speaker portal

The full Phase-1 interface: event overview with live registration trends, the schedule builder, the speaker pipeline with its magic-link portal, sponsors, tasks, People CRM and lifecycle messaging.

A full conformance audit against the spec found 14 correctness bugs. All fixed, each with a regression test.

MCP server: run your event from Claude

mcp.confos.ai exposes read and write tools generated from the action registry. Writes never execute directly — they propose, and an organiser approves in the dashboard.

new

Embeddable widgets at 5.05 KB

Schedule, speakers, sponsors, countdown and register — one script tag, Shadow-DOM isolated, themeable with CSS variables, 5.05 KB gzipped against a 40 KB budget.

The action registry and the no-bypass rule

Every capability is a typed, permission-checked, audited action in one registry — the dashboard, portals, API, widgets, assistant and MCP server are all clients of it.

Approval-gated actions cannot be executed directly by agents. A custom lint rule fails the build on any escape hatch, and a release-blocking cross-org isolation suite runs against every action.

Watch it come together.
